The School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS) of the Institut Universitaire de la Côte (IUC) once again celebrated academic excellence through two major graduation ceremonies held at the IUC Denver Campus, the 22nd and 23rd may 2026.
The events brought together students, parents, lecturers, academic authorities, and distinguished guests to honor the achievements of more than 250 graduates from Bachelor’s and Master’s programs. From the early hours of the morning, the atmosphere was filled with pride and excitement as graduates, dressed in their academic gowns, made their ceremonial entrance alongside faculty members and university officials.
In his welcome address, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of IUC, Mr. Paul Guimezap, congratulated the graduates for their dedication and perseverance.
The representative of the Vice Chancellor of the University of Buea praised the strong partnership between both institutions, while the Director of SEAS highlighted the outstanding academic performances and innovative projects carried out by the students during their studies.
Awards of excellence were presented to the best graduating students in the various programs, while parents and graduates expressed their pride and joy during this memorable occasion.
Through these remarkable events, IUC once again reaffirmed its commitment to training competent, innovative, and future-ready engineers who will contribute to the development of Cameroon and Africa.
